How great is the idea of having a tulle skirt that you can put over a dress and turn it into a wedding dress? It's a lot more affordable than buying a tulle wedding dress, and you get two dresses in one. The tulle skirt can be worn for the ceremony, then taken off for the reception. They have tulle wedding skirts that retail on Etsy.com for around $125, which is affordable, but I wanted to show you how to do it yourself for even less. Enjoy!

efavormart.com has bulk tulle rolls online that are the perfect size for this project. The rolls come in 6", 9", 15", 18" widths, so you can choose how wide you want you strips to be. You may need 4 to 5 rolls or more of the 100 yard tulle, depending on how puffy you want it. The good thing about this site is the more you buy the more you save, and shipping is only around $6.95!

~Ribbon
I would recommend you get ribbon that coordinates with the color of tulle you're using, and get a 2 to 3" width so when you tie it it would be a nice size and you and let it show it you like.

I found this no sew tutu tutorial video on youtube. All you have to do is adjust the length to about 6 or 7 feet per tulle strip to make it long enough to hit the ground with your heels on.
